Apple cider vinegar case study – Cassie from Wolverhampton

Cassie 37 from Wolverhampton – ACV

cassie hasirHi guys its Cassie here. I love your Apple cider vinegar blog and thought I would send in an email to share with people how apple cider vinegar has helped me.

I am well aware that ACV has many uses in the world of natural healthy but I must admit its how it’s helped my hair that’s shocked most. About two years ago I was in despair; my hair seemed to always look greasy and oily even just hours after washing it. I had tried every product I cold find and nothing seemed to help until a good friend of mine mentioned that she used apple cider vinegar as part of her hair routine. First I called her crazy but it wasn’t long until she had persuaded me to go a buy a bottle of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

The first time I tried to use it I was in the shower and had already mixed some with some water in a cup as my friend had explained to do. I washed my hair with my normal product and once rinsed and poured the mixture over my head. My eyes burned the smell was what I can only describe as awful, and I thought for a second I was going to be sick. But after about 30 second the smell seemed to have completely vanished which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t until I had dried my hair and was looking in the mirror that a really noticed how the apple cider vinegar had effected my hair.

The best way I can describe it was like having a layer of nasty products that had built up over the years stripped of. My hair was soft and tangle free but not longer was stuck flat to my head in the life less way I had become so accustom to. As well as working on your hair the same solution can work great as a skin toner on your face or problem areas.

After that first use of apple cider vinegar I don’t think I could live without it. Deffo a must have for any girl suffering from hair issues.

Speak soon guys, Cassie.
