How I Beat My Acne With Apple Cider Vinegar

Today I would like to teach you some natural methods to clear up your acne; this is something I have been struggling with my whole life. When I was in high school I was the girl with acne all over her face and it wasn’t nice to be honest, everyone around you has perfect skin apart from you and it really sucked. Basically I had to learn all about how to cure it throughout my whole high school career and after I was like 22 and still had very bad acne.

The first thing I would like to talk to you about is honey; you want to get natural organic honey. Honey is a natural antiseptic and natural moisturizer and it has antibacterial properties.  To use it you want to cover your face in the honey and leave it on for around 20 minutes before washing it off. This leaves your skin feeling really great.

Next up is witch hazel; I use witch hazel as a toner most days. I like to add some tea tree oil to the mixture, tea tree is absolutely amazing for your skin (it’s my secret weapon) I have heard some people say not to put it directly onto the skin but I do and have had no issues.

Another great natural product that I use as a toner is apple cider vinegar, it works amazingly and you can even take ACV in supplement form. But for the brave people out there they way to receive maximum benefits is meant to be through drinking it. Now I’ve tried this myself and it’s not something I could do regularly as I really hate the taste of vinegar. But this has been used to treat a whole host of health issues for thousands of years so it’s gotta be worth a shot! ;)

Next up we have garlic, and I’m not talking about ready crushed garlic in a jar. The stuff I buy is 100% organic and the garlic cloves work just great at fighting your nasty acne. What I do is crush up the organic garlic cloves and add lemon juice this forms a kind of paste that can be applied to the face a lift for 15 minutes to work its magic. I have had some really great results using this method.
