In this video I’m going to share how to use apple cider vinegar for hot flushes, to get relief from the most bothersome of menopausal symptoms. Do you wake up in the middle of the night covered in sweat, so much so that you have to chance the sheet? Have you lost sleep because of your hot flushes? Has your husband resorted to sleeping on the sofa because your bedroom is so cold due to you having to keep the window open at night?

I want to share with you what I call the ‘hot flushes five minute relief formula’ I initially discovered this formula when helping my mum over come her hot flushes and since then I’ve used it with hundreds of my patients.
So what do you do?
Well it really is simple, all you have to do is take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar each morning and again before you got to bed and that’s it, simple.
If you can find it I recommend using organic raw apple cider vinegar that contains the mother, apple cider vinegar with the mother just means that its noon pasteurized fermented and therefore contains extra benefits and enzymes that the filtered product will not have. There will be sediment that settles in the bottle, that’s completely normal just give it a good shake before using it. Now obviously the apple cider vinegar will have a stronger acidic vinegar taste to it to help offset that I recommend adding it to about 6 – 8 ounces of warm water with a serving of Stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener that does not effect your blood sugar levels and is available at most supermarkets and health stores
