Natural Apple Cider Vinegar and Green Tea Face Toner (DIY)

Hi everyone, today I’m going to be doing a DIY with 3 simple ingredients, that will make 1 product that can give you 2 great benefits. You can use it as a face toner or a hair brightener. It’s very fast and simple to make meaning you will be able to do it during your busy weekly schedules.

Let’s begin

We will be using apple cider vinegar, green tea and water with an even ratio of each product.

Apple cider vinegar is packed full of alpha-hydroxy & amino acids, it dissolves dead skin cells, balances the skins PH levels and stimulates blood circulation. All of these promote healthier hair and healthier skin.

When using the green tea make sure it’s before mixing it with the apple cider vinegar. Green tea is packed with antioxidants which helps to soothe skin and also has the benefit of anti aging. Green tea can also help remove residue from styling products#, this type of residue can build up and make your hair look dull and lifeless. Did you know that green tea also stimulates hair growth as well as strengthening and conditioning the hair. As well as washing with green tea its also great to drink once in a while as it works through the whole body to promote good health.

Here I’m using a measuring sup to combine my ingredients first I’m adding ½ a cup of green tea into the measuring cup I then add half a cup of water making sure to check the mixture is cold enough before adding the apple cider vinegar. After adding the apple cider vinegar use a spoon to mix the solution, and there you have it apple cider vinegar & green tea face toner!

In order to use this as a hair treatment I suggest getting a spray bottle this helps to distribute the mixture through your hair more evenly.
