Hi guys Zabrina here, today I’m going to share with you my favorite all time, number one secret of getting your rough dry cracked heels healed naturally. (That was a mouthful) I will first start by telling you I’m a huge proponent of doing thing naturally and I don’t like putting a lot of chemicals into my body unnecessarily.
- We don’t know what the long term effects of them are going to be.
- A lot of them don’t even work as well as the old natural cures that have been used for generations.
What will we need?
- A bowl that you can put your pretty little feet into.
- Warm water.
- The magic ingredient Epsom salt, but fear not if you have no Epsom salt at home apple cider vinegar has the same great effect.
What to do?
Take your bowl of warm water and add one full cup of Epsom salt or Apple cider vinegar and give it a good stir once you’re happy that it’s all mixed nicely its time to add you feat.
It’s best to leave your feet in the bowl for an hour or so but I would say a minimum of 30 minutes and you should be feeling the benefits in no time.
