Secret Weight Loss and Beautiful Skin with Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice

Hey everybody today we are going to be making a morning health drink made of raw apple cider vinegar. This is something I make and drink everyday to start my day, simple easy and it’s so amazing for both your body and your skin.

So, what are we going to need? Firstly apple cider vinegar, this is my favourite brand and its called Bragg’s you will see it says “with the mother” the difference between this and regular ACV is that the regular stuff is pasteurized and heated. This apple cider is fermented so if you look at it you can see the bits floating around in the bottle, this is called the mother and that is the beauty of raw apple cider vinegar. So what we do to start our day, we take 8 ounces of water and half a lemon. Squeeze the lemon juice into the glass of water then add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, you can take more but I recommend starting with one spoonful and working up to two. To add a little sweetness I like to add 3 or 4 drops of stevia (stevia is a great natural sweetener) this helps to avoid the tart taste left from the lemon and cider vinegar.

I drink this on average three times a day and since I started doing a few years back I’ve never felt better, so what are you waiting for go and try it for yourself today.
