How I cleared my sons acne naturally using apple cider vinegar.

We got this letter through from someone who benefited from one of our articles and thought we would share it. Mandy managed to clear her sons acne using apple cider vinegar and here is her story:

Hi guys my names Mandy from the Shetlands.

Apple cider has always been used for things around my house for as long as I can remember, I grew up on a free holding so not only did the family use it for cooking a health uses but it I remember my father would give some to the chickens and other animals on the farm. Recently my son Mark who has just turned 16 was having some trouble with acne, it seemed to be proving pretty tricky to shift and in the end we decided to look into natural options to treat it before going to see a doctor.

After a few days of searching about online a stumbled across your blog (ACVHUB) and read a few of your great articles describing the use of apple cider vinegar to treat acne. As I was already familiar with this stuff and we already had a bottle of Bragg’s (my favorite brand of ACV) in the cupboard we decided to give it a go.

I made up and 50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar to water and gave it to mark to test out. Marks comments were something along the lines of “this stuff stinks” and “why am I washing my face with vinegar” but to be fair the smell didn’t stick about for long and after just one wash I could see that his skin looked less oily.

Over the course of the next month he continued to use the cleanser twice a day and the improvement was amazing not only were the large spots nearly completely gone but there was no scaring and his skin was feeling soft and full of life.

I can only thank you guys and your great website for helping find a great natural treatment for his problem.

Keep up the good work

Mandy
